Deleting Your Data from Missioneer
At Missioneer, we value your privacy and believe in giving you control over your data. If you wish to delete some or all of your personal data stored with us, please follow the steps below:
Steps to Request Data Deletion
- Prepare Your Request:
- Clearly specify whether you want to delete all your data or only certain parts (e.g., activity data, personal details, etc.).
- Include your registered email address or invite code to help us identify your account.
- Send Your Request:
- Email your request to mydata@missioneer.app.
- Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request” for faster processing.
- Verify Your Identity:
- For security purposes, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This ensures your data is protected and only handled according to your instructions.
- Processing Your Request:
- Once your identity is verified, we will proceed with your request.
- Depending on the scope of the deletion, this process may take up to 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Confirmation:
- After the deletion process is complete, we will send you a confirmation email.
Important Notes
- Deleting your data is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, we cannot recover it.
- In some cases, we may be required to retain certain data for legal, security, or compliance purposes as required by applicable laws. If this applies, we will notify you about what data is retained and the reason for its retention.
